The estate

Country quiet, close to everything.

Casa Avrelia sits on large private gardens near Algaida, in the centre of Mallorca. The house is 280 m², with four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and sleeps eight. A saltwater pool with a jacuzzi looks toward the hills; herbs and fruit come from the garden.

Palma is ten minutes away, the airport fifteen — yet the nights are still enough to hear the owls. One small pet is welcome. We look after the house ourselves, and we take care of our guests.

The finca far exceeded our expectations and was even more beautiful on site than we had imagined. Even as you drive through the entrance, you are greeted by a beautiful, almost Tuscan view and immediately feel like you're on vacation. The entire complex is very well maintained, the pool is the perfect size, and the bedrooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the small complimentary snacks that were provided especially for us. The air conditioning in the rooms was also perfect, especially when it got a bit warmer. Additionally, the location is really convenient — you can reach the airport in about 20 minutes and also Palma very quickly.

Garden & pool

Olives, orchard, and a saltwater pool.

The estate is yours: mature olive trees, fruit and herbs, a fountain, and a family of rabbits that lives in the garden. The private saltwater pool has a jacuzzi corner, lounging space, an outdoor shower and a barbecue. You may hear dogs or chickens from neighbouring properties — this is the Mallorcan countryside.

The house

Charm, tranquillity, home.

On the ground floor: a living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large master bedroom with a bathroom next to it, set apart by a small corridor and a door. Upstairs: another master overlooking the garden and mountains, French doors onto a large terrace, two further double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub. One more bathroom sits next to the gym.

Air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, central heating, Wi-Fi, a workspace, washer and dryer, toys and books. A small gym with a rowing machine, exercise bike and weights.

Two masters and two twin rooms. A bathroom next to Eowyn on the ground floor, a large bathroom with a bathtub upstairs, and one more next to the gym.

Near Algaida, inland Mallorca. Algaida is three old villages in an agricultural landscape below Puig de Randa — cafés, a weekly rhythm, tennis, and festivals. Golf at Son Gual is seven minutes. The beaches of the bay, the Tramuntana, and Palma are easy day trips.

Simple house rules, a quiet estate.

Check-in is between 15:00–23:00, check-out by 10:00. Quiet hours 22:00–09:00. Maximum eight guests. No events or parties. No smoking indoors. One small pet is allowed (€35 per stay).

The tourist tax is €2 per guest per night, paid at the house. The €180 cleaning fee is also paid at the house, once per stay. Neither is added when you book.

Before you book.

How do I book?
Choose dates and send your details. Up to a month away: pay in full now by card. More than a month away: we email you to pay the full amount by bank within 5 days. Payment confirms the stay.
How long can we stay?
Minimum 2 nights, maximum 35 nights. A stay of 35 nights is 15% off. The house is let as a whole, not per room.
What does it cost?
The price is for the whole house. You see the total when you choose dates. A €180 cleaning fee and tourist tax of €2 per guest per night are paid at the house.
What is included?
The nightly rate is for the house (up to eight guests). Linen, towels, Wi-Fi, parking and the saltwater pool are included. The €180 cleaning fee and the tourist tax are paid at the house.
Can we bring a pet?
One small pet is welcome, for €35 per stay. Please mention it when you book.
How far is the airport?
Palma Airport is about 15 minutes by car. Palma town is about 10 minutes.
What time is check-in?
Check-in 15:00–23:00, check-out 10:00. If you need a later arrival, use the contact form.
What is the cancellation policy?
At least one month before arrival: full refund. Less than one month and more than two weeks: half back. Two weeks or less: no refund.
Are events or parties allowed?
No events, loud music (speakers), or unregistered guests are allowed. This is a countryside zone in which parties — loudspeakers and outside guests — are also illegal. It is for quiet family and friends gatherings and team off-sites. Keep the music to a reasonable volume. Quiet hours are 22:00–09:00.

  • Up to one month before arrival: pay the full amount now by card (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
  • More than one month before arrival: pay the full amount by bank transfer within 5 days. We email the account details.

Cancellation

  • At least one month before arrival: you get everything back.
  • Less than one month and more than two weeks: you get half back.
  • Two weeks or less: nothing is returned.

Additional fees

Cleaning fee €180 per stay, €2 per guest per night tourist tax, both to be paid in cash at the premises.
